Honey bee monitoring

A Citizen Science module is being set up, linked to the digital platform for wild and honey bee monitoring. A bee detection app is developed to collect location-related data on wild and honey bees, with the potential of linking app data on floral occurrence and phenology. By the use of smartphones, pupils and adult citizens can actively learn and contribute to wild and honey bee research.
