Within the framework of this module, we are developing methods for a meta-evaluation of agri-environmental measures, greening and other funding instruments with nationwide significance for the conservation and promotion of biodiversity in agricultural landscapes. To this end, we intend to work closely with relevant actors at the federal and state levels (e.g., state institutes, EAFRD evaluators). The cross-state evaluation will result in larger data sets, whose statistical evaluation promises considerable added value. For example, for comparable natural areas, the effects of agri-environmental measures designed differently by federal state can be analyzed using a uniform methodology.
